Lage ist gut Zimmer war sauber

Leider noch nie so ein unbequemes Bett gehabt. Das Bett sieht auch optisch nicht mehr gut aus, Leder komplett abgefetzt. Ablage in der Dusche wäre schön, da man sein Duschgel usw. auf den Boden stellen muss. Keine Gläser/ Einmalbecher für z.B. Zahnbürste oder Getränke vorhanden.

Einfach eingerichtetes Zimmer und relativ kleines Bad, aber alles sehr sauber und ausreichend. Eingang mit Code, es hat alles geklappt. Gutes WLAN war vorhanden. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt bestens geeignet.

The room itself was OK, and the "hotel" was not so difficult to find. The problem was access. I got a message in German, but not being German it was not of any help. I could see a code on it, I guess to access the hotel, but it did not work. I called for help, and the phone was answered and was manager was helpful. I was able to get into the building. Then I could not access the room. The message received only had one code. I was advised that they would send me a code to access the room, and that once inside, a tag could be used for electronic entry. Sadly, the tag only worked on an intermittent basis, as did the electronic lock. I went out to get something to eat, and could not access the room again. On each occasion I had to contact the manager, it was time consuming and not what I needed at the end of a long day. Another problem was the lack of any WiFi. I tried to cal the owner again the following morning - he declined my call. The room itself was OK, but I would think twice about staying again.

Terrible self check in with confusing keypads codes and difficult locks. Seems like other guests had a similar problem as they came into our room unexpectedly - very embarrassing
