Great host, very good contact, good description how get to the room. The apartment was big, clean, good looking, comfortable bed.

Great location, pretty original house with comfortable rooms and great common areas (kitchen & living room), beautiful garden, lovely staff. Washing machine was a plus. Loved the hostel vibe, with a higher standard :)

Very kind owner./flexible with late checkin due to delayed flights. Very kind staff person who was present on the property. I love the building itself, the furnishings, and its location. The kitchen set-up was wonderful- space for individual food inside the fridge and outside for dry goods. The washing machine was also readily available. Nighttime was very quiet. Morning time was quite noisy before 8 a.m but that was the noise of the aged building/doors closing and the family w/young children who were guests at the same time. I loved that the grocery market was directly across the street.

The host Edoardo was always very helpful and kind. The location was great, the facilities were nice and comfortable. The best bed. I recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants beautiful and comfortable accommodation for a great price.

It was all perfect

This is a delightful place in the middle of town. Perfect for walking to parks, the water, restaurants, the market and museums. The house is spacious and clean, and the host is accommodating. Two rooms are not en suite, so if that's important to you, make sure you double check. We got used to walking to the bathroom; it made it feel like we lived in the entire space. Very nice. Highly recommended.

I went in the off season so there were only ever a couple other guests in an 8 room Guesthouse - but the space is very well kept, clean, pretty. The courtyard is nice. Eduardo is helpful. I think it would be more difficult to share the kitchen space and you’d hear other people more if the place was full. Overall though - a good spot! Basically within the old city so it’s nice!

The location is very good and the house is very charming.

Clean, quiet, very comfortable, and centrally located for easy movement around the city and island. The kitchen was stocked with basics, space had a washing machine, and the common areas were spacious. Would def stay here again. Eduardo was very friendly and helpful as well

Excellent place to stay. Clean, spacious. Was there my entire trip. Location is very good and parking convenient. It is an easy drive to the east and west of the island. Ponta Delgada can be explored on foot. Eduardo was very helpful with good tips on how to explore the island and restaurant/food recommendations.
