Lovely big room with windows which OPEN, great courtyard to enjoy relaxing after a long day exploring.

A tiny inconvenience was the external bathroom, but advised beforehand so not a surprise. It was spotlessly clean. Being water conscious, it worried me the time it took for the hot water to come through

"O espaço é espectacular!"

Adorei as casa, a decoração e a localização. A cozinha equipada com tudo para cozinhar, foi óptimo. É uma casa antiga, com grandes áreas e muita luz, renovada com muito bom gosto, com todas as comodidades de uma casa moderna. Tem um jardim interior lindíssimo. Está em frente ao mercado da Graça, com estacionamento gratuito a 10 metros e a 5 minutos a pé do mar.

Ter ficado num quarto que dava para a rua principal, ouvia-se muito barulho dos carros. Mas se a pessoa não precisar de estar no quarto durante o dia, é excelente mesmo!

"Zentrale Lage und dennnoch ruhig. Ausstattung eher einfach."

Die Lage der Unterkunft in der Stadt ist super. Gut war für uns auch die Möglichkeit, ein Dreibettzimmer zu buchen. Der Innenhof mit angrenzendem Garten ist hübsch und ruhig.

Die Kommunikation vor der Ankunft war etwas holprig. In einer Nachricht wurde uns der Code für die Eingangstür mitgeteilt mit dem Hinweis, dieser sei nur UM 14:30 gültig. Wir hatten aber unsere Ankunft erst für 15:30 angekündigt. Es stellte sich nachher heraus, dass wohl eher gemeint war, der Code sei AB 14:30 gültig. Hier hapert es offenbar etwas an den Englischkenntnissen. Das Zimmer war grösstenteils sauber, allerdings hatte es ungespülte Untertassen und ein Regal im Bad war sehr schmutzig (siehe Foto). Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und müssten ersetzt werden. Für den gebotenen Standard scheint uns der Preis sehr hoch angesetzt.

Everything was perfect. The guest house is located right in front of the veggie market and close to the centre. Everything was nice and tidy. Eduardo was very friendly and always making sure that everything was okay.
