"Too pricey compared to other places that offer washing machine."

The main reason we stayed was the room has the washing machine so that we can do some laundry mid-trip. The room was very clean and offered basic amenities.

The bed was not comfortable and the room was tiny.

"Convenient place to stay for a good price"

The layout of the room was surprisingly good for 6 people to stay. It was comfortable.

The directions in English were a little confusing in regards to trash and towel pick up and replenishment. The check in process was a bit strange.

"Lots of potential. Could be better."

The beds, toilet and bathroom were great. It was nice to have a decent washing machine alongside the cooker. The bathroom has a feature to dry your clothes too!

The sofa cushions needed cleaning. The sofa had a tear in it. There were cobwebs in the corner of the room and desk upon arrival. No storage for our clothes. So everything had to be kept in a suitcase which was annoying. The cleaner also did not turn up for a scheduled cleaning. Bed sheets were not changed on a regular basis, so we washed and changed them.

We loved the location. There was a very good yakiniku place near the apartment. Near convenience stores also. Easy to get a taxi.
