Everything is great!! 24 hour service, 24 hour restaurant with delicious food at an affordable price. Staff is very friendly, polite, and helpful. I highly recommend this family hotel.

Super nice open spaces, more than enough to feel like there's plenty of room around you. The restaurant is open 24/7 and this truly gives San Carlos sooo many bonus points. Sometimes you just want something simple and it's great that they offer you this.

Pools are not heated so the water might feel a bit cold depending on the season you go, specially if you're picky about that kind of thing, but they look super nice overall.

The property is in good conditions . I love the fitness to walk or run .

I liked the place's location, which is close to the event we attended last weekend. I liked the size and cleanness of the room, and the overall service is always very, very friendly. One of the best parts is the cost; it is a very affordable hotel.

What I didn't like was the quality of the materials of the room, for example, the bathroom's door is made of a simple metal sheet offering little privacy. Then, because it is a family-oriented hotel, we found many families, and obviously, they were having fun, which lasted until late at night, so the noise was an issue for me to fall asleep.
