"Great location to shop and access to metro station which can take you anywhere in Washington DC."

Property located in a great location with easy access to metro station either by shuttle or metro bus. The mall walking distance also made this location attractive.

The property advertised that it had a safe in my room available for use . The safe was there but not available for use even though I alerted the front desk . The property discontinued the service

This place is an absolute disaster and should not be operating at all. The staff were incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The manager, in particular, was arrogant and disrespectful, making the entire experience even worse. The room was beyond disgusting — filthy, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned. There was dirt everywhere, and the overall condition was unacceptable. It felt unsafe and completely unhygienic to stay there. This is not just a “bad experience” — this is a serious failure in basic standards. I genuinely don’t understand how this place is allowed to stay open in this condition. It needs immediate inspection and should be shut down until it meets even the most basic level of cleanliness and professionalism. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
