Room was clean but very shabby

Almost everything ...the women staff members were all extremely friendly.. the breakfast was great, the ease to get ice, and go smoke.... The bed was comfortable and I wanted a pillow from there so bad!!! Lucky for them it didn't fit in my suitcase! Shower was great too.... My only issue was the fridge froze everything I put in it, so I wasted food and drinks because of it(I had salads and milk in it, had to throw them all out).. .so no way to keep anything cold unless I wanted it frozen... I advised the manager when I checked out, he said he would mention it to someone, I guess.... I even turned it down all the way, didn't work. If the plug was accessible I would've just unplugged it every 8 hours, for an hour or so, then plug it back in again, to at least keep some water cold ... Anyway, everything else was great .. oh, and ICE COLD A/C too, and I'm from Buffalo so that made me happy too!!!!

Oh I don't want to type it all over again ... Can you please just read the section titled"what you liked"? And it tells you right there, about the fridge issue. But that was it . Oh, also, the parking was awesome, and it was peaceful, even though it's by a busy road.

The air/heat location...didnt like how/where the air flowed, no wall units for the control of the air/heat. Room too cold.

The first room we were given had a musty/mildew odor. The second room reeked of ammonia from cleaning products. Finally the third room was acceptable. The elevator only works sometimes. We won’t be returning.

Had a long work related stay. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The staff were all nice and professional. In the room, I did see very tiny bugs not sure what they were. Saw on floor, night stand but mostly in bathroom sink but didn’t see on the bed at all. Also, there was a night where there was a party and people were loud till 3:30am. The breakfast was good and plenty. Overall was good experience.

This location used my credit cards (yes, two different cards) for fraudulent transactions. I know this as both of these cards were *only* used for a room stay pre-authorization, and only an employee of the hotel would have had access to these card numbers and my information. I emailed a pre-paid credit card authorization to for a guest to check-in, prior to my arrival with the same party. The same day there were unauthorized Amazon orders on the cards. The hotel confirmed the charges were already authorized, and the guest would have no trouble checking in. When that guest arrived, the hotel called me to say I needed to provide another credit card (as I had cancelled the first one due to the fraud). I then send another email, form filled out with a copy of the credit card. Tonight I found 5 transactions to Sheetz (a convenience store chain in the northeast). I called their corporate headquarters and the said the card was used 5 separate times since my stay for a nearby Sheetz in Woodbridge, VA. Less than 5 miles from this hotel. I have called the hotel several times, and they have not been helpful. I am calling the police and will have this investigated to the fullest extent of the law. Beware if you're booking at this hotel! TWO credit cards stolen - amazing!

I stay at this property everytime I am in the area. It's reasonably priced, convenient, the staff is wonderful and the facility, while not new, is clean and comfortable.
