You will feel like you are at home. The staff is friendly and They will ask you what you need. And if you have guests coming, the staff will ask you if I might need extra things like towels, tissues, and the room is clean and comfortable for the whole family.

Function downstairs was very noisy and disruptive for upstairs guests.

Hallway outside of room smelt of smoke, understandable given it is an older hotel, but still unpleasant.
