Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location was excellent, very near to all public transport. My room was clean, cool and quiet during a spell of very hot weather. Nice towels and toiletries. Comfortable chairs in room.

The breakfast was fine, the choice was reasonable but as I am cows milk intolerant I could not have any of the yogurt. The cups were a little small for tea, I would have appreciated a pot, or a larger mug as I do not take tea strong.

Das Hotel liegt an der U-Bahnstation U1, so dass der Hauptbahnhof in 10 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen reichhaltig, der Frühstücksraum sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Ich habe nichts zu kritisieren.
