"Its horrible at the time of checkout later it was ok"

The staff is very rude , they don't give simple respect to customers ,when we ask any queries actually when i went to hotel they have denied to take the check-in and demanded for more money when i am asking them to talk with the on call support / sent an email reply also they are denying . I have waited seriously 2 hrs in the reception before they accepted after help from Oyo Support . Booking.com on call support has only non-indian custom support which is also not valid and proper , I need to call oyo Support to resolve the issue please re-confirm with Hotel on Pricing before confirming with customer

"Extremely bad experience and hopeless staff behaviour"

To be honest nothing

Staff very rude behaviour, just because checked in in the night he demanded for more money and ended up paying ₹300 more
