Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) and towels (bath and hand) are included in the rate except for winter let : Price to be discussed directly with the property , according to length of stay. Well behaved pets are welcome for an additional charge of GBP 22.00 per pet, per week, or subject to a discount for 3 or more pets.

"All the appliances were satisfactory."

The single room and bed was very small, also protruding springs,and people having to go through to the bathroom is just not right! The carpet throughout was very dirty.

It's just a fantastic location the apartments have everything you need lovely garden for dogs. Owner and manager are lovely to deal with . Always prompt responses and someone there if you need anything

"Fabulous holiday flat"

One of the best holiday flats I stayed in. Super clean, quiet location. My flat was on top floor with wonderful views. Flat has everything you need and it was very thougtful of hosts to provide tea bags, coffee and biscuits. Would definitely recommend.

Location Great, central to everything. Garden lovely area & super for dogs, All enclosed. Everything very clean, with a Laundry room accessible to all. Apartment Lovely space😊 & hosts Dave & Kelly lovely & hard working People, keeping Broadshades to a High Standard . Thank you for Stay 😊

"It was a lovely stay and the weather made it even better"

The towels were hard and quite thin - not soft and fluffy like I’m used to had to buy a bath towel otherwise it was very nice clean comfortable and very central to town / seafront

Very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Tea and coffee was a bonus :) lovely stay. Lovely garden area

Great location for beach and town but a steep climb back up. Also stairs up to the apartment which wasn’t ideal with pram but that was the only downside. There are apartments on ground floor so I assume they can be requested

Everything my daughter had a fantastic time I will definitely be returning Dave and kel was amazing very friendly extremely helpful We didn't want to leave
