Very good location, dog friendly

Entrance hall smelt old and musty, Bathroom / toilet too small, room had a pull down bed which was not ideal and no sofa to sit on only 2 chairs, heating could do with a massive overhaul as only 1 heater in back corner of room and no heating in bathroom / toilet area or kitchen, extra heaters were provided but had to be plugged in, but there were not plugs near to use

Didn't understand how the cooker worked. Not clear which was grill on the dial.

That it was 5 mins away from the beach & Dave the caretaker was great.

Being woken up early every morning with guests & children being noisy & dogs with bells round there necks what you could here going in & out every 10 mins to do there buisness. Fold up bed what flips up wall when not in use but when beds down you can't put your pillow up wall to lean on because there's a big gap so you can't sit or sleep comfortably in the bed because pillows keep falling down the gap. We Stayed 2 weeks & wasn't offered no bedding or clean towels. Washing machine cost £3 pound to use & tumble dryer charges you every 10 mins. So if you stay here bring your own washing powder & hand wash in kitchen sink.

The property was perfect for my dog she had a lovely garden to exercise in. The staff was amazing and helpful in every way. I have family here so will use the property as our base in the future. I was very impressed.
