The room is cozy clean and convenient. Falcon was very helpful and kind. As visitors he treated us as family. It made the visit so personal. The room is in the center of the old town and is very convenient to everything. If you have the windows open, you'll hear the noise from the outside. But with the windows closed, it is very quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend this place!

Falcon, the owner, was very accommodating. He asked us to text him before our arrival and gave us location in front of palace walls where he took our car and parked it near his house. Next day he let us keep our bags in the apartment until we leave, and brought the car to the same location when we were ready. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, has good mattress and pillows. It’s located inside the Diocletian palace, but it has thick soundproof windows, so it was very quiet when we closed windows for the night.

Super clean and convenient, appreciated the host's communication and the code entry. Area is very convenient. Only thing if you're in room 1 and a light sleeper, the downstairs door is pretty loud. Also no hot water on the last night after a long day at the waterfalls.

We loved our visit!

The MK Luxury Rooms was as advertised right in the heart of Old Town Split. The Host came to pick us up at the bus stand and got us in his car till the parking. Then walked us till the apartment. Hidden in a labyrinth of small cobbled historic lanes which was the old Roman palace. From outside the place looked an old Roman era ruin with an iron gate. When the host took us in the scene changed to modern hotel rooms. The host, who was in constant whatsapp touch explained us the room amenities and told us about the Old Town. Located in the very heart of the Old Town Split, we were at the site. While the room offered no views, the tiny lanes were filled with bars, cafes and souvenir shops. The room was comfortable and accessible for public transport and all the sights.

The room was bit small. We would have liked a kitchenette added. No views from the windows.

Beautiful room. Tidy and nice

Amazing location on an alley in an ancient building in the Diocletian palace. Tons of dining and nightlife options and the waterfront are no more than 5 minutes walk away. Convenient valet parking service. (We originally tried to find nearby parking ourselves but it was a complete nightmare and would have been more expensive than theirs for overnight parking if we had managed to find a place). It’s also clean, comfortable and modern inside. Very helpful and friendly owner.

Until midnight you can hear conversation from the nearby restaurants down the alley. It is also a bit dark inside.

Location was perfect just a few minute walk from the port right in old town. Host was super accommodating and even gave us a ride to the airport

Nothing to not like

A superb location to explore the city and a wholehearted recommendation for this acommodation. The room is comfortable for a layover and super clean. It's also pet friendly which was important for us. The communication with the owner was excellent, timely and efficient. They reached out to us with all the important information beforestay and helped us store our luggage the next day after check out which saved us as our boat was departing in the afternoon. We are grateful for making our stay comfortable and pleasant.
