A localização é muito boa. Próxima da orla, para caminhar no calçadão e ver algumas atrações. Fácil de chegar e bem seguro nas redondezas. Tem tapioca e omelete feito na hora no café da manhã.

A roupa de cama estava com mau cheiro e o quarto com odor de mofo. O hotel precisa de algumas reformas. Com exceção da camareira, os funcionários são ríspidos, falta cordialidade no trato com o hóspede. O local do café da manhã tinha forte cheiro de gás, por conta do réchaud, bastante incômodo. Além da variedade não ser muito boa. O barulho também foi um transtorno, o quarto não tem bom isolamento.
