"Please avoid. The owner rips you off. "

We tried to check in at 7pm but they made us wait until 8pm. Afterwards, the host refused to let us into the hotel that we paid for. He claimed that he had not received any confirmation from hotels.com that we had paid, even though we sent our confirmation codes multiple times. He was unable to speak any English and kicked us out so that we had to book another place at 11pm. The host was derogatory and discriminating against us. This host is a scam and should not be allowed to run any commercial property. We still did not get a refund of any sort.
