Comfy bed, quiet, helpful staff.

Smell from the pipes in the bathroom was constant.

J' ai adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est très bien situé. Un quartier très agréable avec un parc tout près.La rue est calme. Il y a des supermarchés , des cafés,restaurants et métro à proximité.Tout le personnel est très sympathique et souriant. La décoration est très belle. Tout est très propre. La chambre était spacieuse.

Excellent stay in Lisbon – highly recommend!I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and absolutely loved everything about my stay.The cleanliness of my room and the entire property was spotless, creating a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere.A special mention goes to the breakfast team. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, especially the hostess and the male waiter with glasses who worked during breakfast on the morning of June 11th. They truly made my mornings special. The food itself was good and offered a nice variety of options.I also thoroughly enjoyed the terrace. Sitting out there on a warm summer morning with a cup of coffee was an absolute delight.The front desk team was also fantastic very helpful and professional. Thank you to everyone for making my stay so memorable!I will gladly return to this hotel the next time I am in Lisbon.

Suggestions for improvement:It was a bit strange that there was no iron in the room and no option to request one due to safety policies (only paid laundry/pressing service is available). It would also be great to add a shoehorn to the room and coffee cream to the tea/coffee station. My room faced the internal courtyard with a view of other windows, so there was no real view, but since I spent all my time out in the city, it didn’t bother me at all. Finally, as a small suggestion for breakfast, it would be nice to have at least one non-fried sausage option.

As empregadas de limpeza apartir das 7.30 h da manhã, fazem muito barulho!! Os quartos só teem água a chegada, não repõem água nem café, sendo assim era melhor não ter a máquina!!
