This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Time and Tide in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Quay Holidays will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Facade and internal building works are currently being undertaken to this residential block and scaffold will be erected in October 2022 which will block any view from the property. The works are carried out between 8am and 5pm, Monday - Friday until April 2023. PLEASE NOTE – Cladding works to this side of the building are nearing completion. Scaffolding wrapped in protective sheeting that blocks the view is still erected with materials, workmen and the site office on site. Juliette balconies cannot be opened during this time but windows can be. External works are due to be completed at the end of June. Works to the internal communal hallways are due to be completed in August. Price reductions of 20% have been applied to the price of the property until the end of June. Building works at Orchard Plaza – There are some communal corridor works presently underway through the block where there may occasionally be localised noise during working hours. The work is due to be completed by October 2023.
