"Check-in was hassle-free, the room was ready and clean. AC worked perfectly, and the bed was cozy."

It was the worst experience. Noting was match what it was mentioned/highlighted in the description. It was not even worth of Rs. 500 per night. Very much poor standard, zero facility. Lift was not working. It is like a lodge room.

Poor hygiene. Poor cleanliness in room. Breakfast was pathetic

Poor location. Dingy rooms, Laid back attitude of staff. There was no provision of wash room for the driver. Was asked by the front deck representative to book another room for driver if required .

It was the closest hotel to my exam center

Almost everything. The sheets were not changed and visibly used and dirty when i was checked into the room, I had to request reception to change them. The bathroom was clearly used and unclean and smelly, it made the whole room smell. The water bottle was not sealed. Overall a very poor experience. I didnot spend the night as the place seemed unsafe after all this for a single woman, i checked out late in the evening.
