The cleanliness of the room and warmth.

The noise when you're booked in the 1st room is unbearable.. It made it difficult to fall asleep. And I was told it is the last room but 2 more people arrived after us and were given other rooms.

The location is good, and the rooms are small but convenient. For the price been charged, it seems the facilities are fair.

The TV was very small and the remote controls fixed on some wire by the wall which isn't convenient for those who want to watch.
