"Schönes Hotel mit top Badebucht"

Der Strand und der Stil der orientalischen Häuser war top.Ebenso der Filterkaffee und das Frühstück.Das Meer war super.Auch ein kleines Riff vorhanden.Das Abendessen wae auch gut..Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr engagiert.Wasserkocher im Zimmer war top.

Die sehr laute Musik zu jeder Zeit war nicht erholsam.Ein schrecklicher Lärm fast durchgehend bis spät abends.Am Meer will man Erholung und nicht die ganze Zeit bum bum Musik.Auch die sehr schweren Holzliegen kann man selbst schwer verschieben.Die Auflagen sind sehr hart.

Despite the ongoing renovations, my stay at Mercure Hurghada exceeded all expectations. The hotel maintained an excellent level of service throughout. A special thanks to Omar at reception for his professionalism and attention to detail. The room was exceptional, offering a beautiful view and a very comfortable stay. The food variety was impressive, and Emad at the restaurant consistently provided outstanding service, often anticipating our needs before we even asked. The beach is stunning, with soft sand and crystal-clear water. The entire resort offers a relaxing atmosphere and is especially suitable for couples. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Hurghada.

Furniture and rooms needs renovation. Ice cream and cocktails at beach bar need to be higher quality.
