Very convenient location right on Dupont Circle. Just a couple blocks from the Red Line Metro. Lots of shops and restaurants in short walking distance. The room provided all the amenities I needed - a comfortable and well-equipped space.

"Would I upgrade to the 1 bedroom apartment again from Placemakr? No"

The location is spot on. The fact it was like an apartment setup. It had its own washer/dryer.

Everything else. The elevator seemed like the type you ride at your own risk. The room didn't seemed cleaned. You can see the dust bult up in fixtures. The showerhead looked shoddy and flimsy. Stains on furniture.

my room was by the street so a bit noisy, also the ar condition does not work very well

The location was perfect, I appreciated the kitchenette setup and also used some of the common spaces to meet my coworker. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful.

The sofa in the room was very worn.
