Great location for the harbour, bars and restaurants. Good secure parking.

Quite a noisy area (until early hours of the morning) lots of shouting/swearing from bars/restaurants opposite. Apartment starting to look a little tired (kitchen especially).

Spotlessly clean and great location.

The en-suite shower was not powerful and often went cold after a few minutes.

Spacious apartment on the 5th floor with a very well equipped kitchen. There was no noise from neighbouring apartments, or the public corridor. There is more than enough storage space. The twin beds and the sofa were very comfortable. Service from staff in the office on the ground floor was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Good sized TV - appropriate to the size of the room. We understand the apartment benefits from 2 parking spaces, with at least on being in the locked and gated car park at the rear of the building, close to the entrance and lifts - guests are provided with a key fob to open the car park gates.

The wi-fi signal was a bit 'hit and miss', especially if both of us were using it. There were other issues of concern, but we reported these, and they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The 2 concerns we reported, but asked not to be dealt with whilst we were in residence, were uneven floorboards and an unpleasant smell in the main bedroom, and the fact that when the bath tap was in use, it completely cut off the water in the en-suite shower. I have every confidence that these will be attended to quickly and effectively.

Everything about this apartment was perfect, the kitchen crockery etc was really well stocked, nice complimentary touches like biscuits, crisps etc. We had a small problem with Wi-Fi initially which was resolved within a few minutes. I have limited mobility and access and location was good for a wheelchair

Mattresses

Superb! Spacious, clean, well equipped apartment. Made an excellent location for catching up with friends. Loved eating on the spacious balcony and watching the sun go down. Great location for the quay and food shops and restaurants. Nice touch was a bottle of wine left in the fridge and other goodies on the work top. Generous allocaton of luxurious towels. The agents who were managing the apartment were just below and were on hand and very helpful if there were any issues.
