Location

The room was dirty. Smells moldy , curtain, walls even the comforter has stain . We got itches .

Noisy families nearby, late at night. Old decor and fixtures, furniture, plumbing, lighting, etc. Booked double queen beds, but ended up with a single queen bed. โ€œContinental breakfastโ€ limited to coffee, toast, and chocolate treat. We had stayed here several times previously, but the property has become shabby. Desk personnel were friendly and efficient.

It is a low budget motel with 80s furniture, tube TVs. I recommend using a towel on the chairs and couches to sit on. Lots of activity at night in the parking lot as well.

"Area is conveniently placed, but property and staff were below expectations."

It was near the water, we walked to the beach.

The lighting, the property has old carpet, outlet were not secured (wired exposed), we switched room the first one lights did not work , there was a stain on the dresser- seems like it was not properly cleaned after the last stay. Even the bed looked like it was slept on there was an indentation of a body still there.
