"We did not stay it was not a place you could stay in"

It was so bad we didn’t stay and paid 175.00 to stay somewhere else I phoned to get a refund and have not heard anything so I spent 325.00 on a room for one night the room had A very pungent chemical smell that made your eyes water within 2 minutes and we could not stay they where also doing maintenance on a light and cleaning the room a 5:30pm seemed very strange but when the maintenance man mopped the floor the chemical smell became unbearable and then he mopped the room across the hall

Nothing all terrible. The owner made ugly faces when told the room wasn't clean did not want to give extra towels he asked why do we need them like we owe an explanation.
