Red Roof Inn PLUS & Suites Vicksburg

My family stayed here for one night and would not recommend it. The facilities are obviously falling apart and are not being maintained. The parking lot and hallways had a strong, unpleasant odor. Most alarmingly, the locks on the exterior doors were broken, and the staff had them propped open with a stick, which felt very insecure. We had to be moved to several rooms before finally being placed in one that was available. The breakfast was terrible; there were no plates or bowls, and the waffle maker had no batter. This hotel leaves much to be desired.

The evening staff was good. Parking was easy. There were a lot of places to eat walkable around the hotel. The only draw back the door to the shower and toilet need to be shaved down to close properly. Breakfast was so-so, just a waffle maker, cereal, and pastry. We didn't eat there.

I didn't like anything and the customer service was trash I didn't even stay and they said I would get a refund and never refunded my money even though I cancelled soon as I got there the place looks nothing like the pictures hair was in the tub old used soap just trashy

Was descent enough for a overnight stay if need somewhere for a night

There were signs all over, and online, about there being a Continental breakfast. There was a waffle maker and that was all!! Not even any coffee, juice, milk,... NOTHING!

The room was OK nothing special. However, the entire hotel smells of pot, Which is not really the fault of the hotel, just the clientele. The breakfast that is advertised was regrettable. There was no juice. The machine was broken. The microwave was broken. There was one pot of coffee which ran out. There were no eggs or anything else. The only thing they had was a waffle maker.

Nothing - leaving was the best part.

Employees not particularly friendly. Air condition was not working, the hotel was old and musty, beds were extremely uncomfortable, breakfast was a joke. cereal with a gallon of milk, waffles with no butter, instant oatmeal and grits with no hot water, juice machine broken, tables and floors were dirty.

My air conditioner went out during the first night and woke up moist everywhere. Changed rooms an hour later and the ac leaked water in there as well. This hotel needs to be updated real soon. Nothing like photos on line. Needs makeover bad.

Staff was very sweet and nice.. the room I had a roach problem nothing my shoe couldn’t fix over all it was fine I enjoyed my stay

The roaches, the water on the floor from the front door to the elevator, it ruin my outfit… and the hallways was very hot
