SureStay Hotel by Best Western Ellensburg

Easy to get in and out, ample parking, no-frills but comfortable room. Allows small dogs.

We needed an iron to prep clothes for senior pictures and plan to do that at the hotel. Your property only has a few of them which have to be checked out from the front desk. They were all checked out on Friday evening, and still all checked out on Saturday morning, so we had to go without ironing. If you’re only going to have a few of them available, make guests check them out for 30 minutes at a time, then return them, rather them keeping them in their rooms indefinitely.

Location is central and easy parking available

Rooms definitely need major upgrades as they have old upholstery and tapestry. It was definitely not worth the money paid per night. It was busy due to an event in the city during our visit.

Room was clean and soap/shampoo dispensers in bathroom were great!

The blanket on the bed was thin, should have been thicker.

Too many steps

What a dump especially the price. I know places increase costs for events this should have been a $80 hotel not $200! No elevator, smelly, noisy, no warning or listing of loud interrupting train horns all night, the bathroom was disgusting and the water was backwards hot was cold and cold was hot. The drain for the tub didn’t work so got to shower with gross water standing at my feet. The blankets were paper thin with no extra bedding… no closet!!! The mini frig didn’t work or keep cold. It was the loudest hotel ever no sleep, the parking lot smelled of vomit and dog poop. I was embarrassed to bring my kids there for their baseball tournament

The staff was nice to my son. Except it took forever to check in
