The availability and peace was nice

I wish it was slightly cleaner.

Rooms were gross and blankets and sheets had stains on them. No hot tub but said there was when I booked. Pool area was freezing cold. Kids couldn’t swim.

The manager was very polite. He let my grandkids play in the pool even though they didn’t stay there.

The pool & pool area were very cold. The hot tub wasn’t accessible.

Very clean, friendly place to stay highly recommend!

Everything is flawless

We were on a budget and so we weren't expecting much but for the affordable price we paid, it was above expectations. Staff was very nice and available.

No complaints.

The lady at the front desk was as friendly as a porcupine. Online it showed there is a hot tub in this hotel. I asked about it and she was extraordinary rude to me. I was absolutely appalled at her behavior. This alone ruined my entire view of the rest of the hotel. The point to booking this hotel was for the hot tub to relax in after a long week. We've stayed in this exact hotel before and there was a nice hot hot-tub. I guess not anymore 😕.

We searched for a room on two criteria. Pool, and pet friendly. The pool was empty and it was hard to find any grass that was not covered in feces. Pet owners are not cleaning up and neither is the staff. No waste bags are provided, neither is a trash can. Previous guest left pet food on our carpet that was not vaccuumed up. Mold stains on the back of shower curtain. The new owners are trying to clean up the place but it will be a long road.
