It was very nice. Staff were nice and the person running breakfast and keeping things plentiful was amazing. Very friendly and got everything my group needed when asked.

I asked for toilet paper and they brought Kleenex, I had to find a housekeeper and she couldn’t understand me and it took her 20 minutes to bring it because she had none on her cart.

I liked the pool and the shared room.

My fire alarm wouldn't stop beeping There where dirty cups under our table Had to wait over 2 hours for my second room due to it not being cleaned. No one knew the answers when I was trying to figure out when our room was going to be done, was told multiple times I would get updates and it never happened.

room key ready for a different room so we did when we got downstairs he had a big line he look at us infrount of all them guest and sThe room was clean the TV didn't work when we told the man at the desk he came up to try and fix it he made himself comfortable and sat on the bed just wired he couldn't get it to work so told us to get our things meet him downstairs and he would have us anotheraid you will have to wait I have to check in all these guest first its or policy to check-in guest before I can take care of you like how rude we were already guest that had a room With a unworkable TV everyone was looking at me and my son like we were less than them then when he did finally get to us he was rude like it was our fault TV didn't work was like your just here for the night but I guess the TV is that important to you I will never stay here again
