The picture in the advertisement looked ok.

The neighborhood appeared sketchy. Upon finding the hotel, the entryway was shoddy at best and appeared to be under maintenance. Once inside the air reeked of stale air and cigarette smoke. The man at the front desk was rude. We were tired from the days drive so we accepted the key only to find out there was no elevator for use. I'm a disabled individual so getting up the stairs to the room was a struggle. The room was dim and also reeked of smoke. The bathroom had hair in the tub and urine on and around the seat of the toilet. There was an electric cord for the mirror positioned across and resting on the sink. Although exhausted we knew we could not stay and departed quickly returning the key to the rude man at the front desk. Oh and all of this for over $200.00 per night.

Achei o banheiro extremamente pequeno, chuveiro estava precisando de manutenção, e as camas muito pequenas

Solicité el alojamiento para NO fumadores, porque viajo con mis hijas pequeñas. Lastimosamente me entregaron una habitación que tenía olor a humo y a lado nuestro una chimenea. Por Qué chimenea? porque los huéspedes de a alrededor fumaban demasiado ( de todo) y pasaba por las endijas de la puerta. Tuvimos que poner plástico en las endijas para evitar el paso del humo porque era insoportable y así pasó el humo, con mencionar que toda nuestra ropa, maletas, tenían olor a humo, afectando así a mis hijas a su garganta y preferimos ir a auto a descansar. Pero como no es reembolsable Booking y el hotel se cobran aunque haya suscitado todo esto, y no hayamos tenido una buena estancia. Pésimo no lo recomiendo

Always a pleasure staying at this hotel. Clean spacious rooms and Avery friendly staff.

Well kept and very clean. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Perfect if you want somewhere to stay as a base for visiting surrounding areas

Definitely could do with a spruce up as looking very tired and dated, more selection at breakfast would be good too but there was nothing that we did not like.
