The hotel is in need of updates. Our carpets in our rooms had many stains on them and we had a difficult time with our hotel room door while there. It didn't lock properly. That being said...the staff was amazing! They were quick to try and remedy any issues we had. The front end staff, the breakfast worker and the handyman were all awesome! I apologize...i can't remember their names. But overall, pleasant stay.

This hotel really needs some updating and renovations. There were signs on the automatic doors that read “Pull to Open”. The parking lot needs to be paved like I’ve never seen anything like it. The rooms and bathroom was outdated but everything seemed cleaned nonetheless

Property is very dated and poorly maintained. Furniture and carpet was worn and was stained. Pictures on Expedia and hotel website are misleading. Hotel staff member tried to enter my room at 3:00 am with a guest without knocking or verifying occupancy prior opening door. Unknown guest had wrong room number. Clearly a violation of proper hotel security protocols. Stay away from this hotel! Other comparably priced hotels in the area are much nicer.

Room was very clean. The only bad thing about the stay was getting to the hotel because the route is not marked and the paving lot needs paved badly. Standing water everywhere. It was like that in November of last year. Waiting for the city to pave the lot.

Parking lot and entrance road are in need of repaving. Lots of potholes and giant craters. Only one entrance for in an out, not including emergency exit only doors that you cannot use your card to reenter, as they are emergency exits only. Other than that, excellent stay for our needs. Clean pool, clean room, plenty of cable channels, full hot breakfast with cold options as well. We all loved the waffles from the maker station! Friendly and helpful staff on every shift!!!

The staff were all so friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The pool was bigger than we expected and the kids had a fun time. The lemon infused water was a highlight, for sure.
