Parking was scarce, restaurant average and over priced at best, staff smoking outside of the rooms/office, beds had blood stains and hair from prior guests.

"Great stay for our purpose of visiting the Rainbow River kayaking"

We were greeted very nicely by Todd when we arrived. Parking is tight but Todd guided us in. We were concerned with the outside due to size of property, space, and restaurant but the rooms were surprisingly new, updated, comfortable and clean. Our parking is reserved for us only. The restaurant has a great reputation there and great prices.
