La struttura è in una posizione centrale tra Assisi e Santa Maria degli Angeli, esattamente ciò che cercavo, soprattutto in piena tranquillità notturna, la camera è dotata di TV, frigorifero, pala ventilatore a soffitto e bagno con tutti i confort. Al mio arrivo l'ho trovata pulitissima e tutti i giorni del mio soggiorno mi è stata risistemata. C'è il parcheggio e consiglio questa struttura per chi come me ha bisogno solo per dormire e visitare i dintorni.

No abbiamo potuto fare la doccia alla fine della giornata (la doccia non funziona) e non c'era nessuno a chi chiedere aiuto (era verso le ore 20.00)

Rosa was a a lovely host and very helpful

It was very adequate for my purposes. Convenient to Assisi and the railway station.

The walls are quite thin, the neighbours were loud. Quite a distance to town, which at least gives a nice view

Very friendly hostess, she used a translation app and we managed to communicate. I loved the private house atmosphere, a nice garden to sit in, a 20 minutes walk to Assisi so more quiet than in Assisi itself. I could mind my own business and did not feel interfered with. Lovely room and facilities, nice and cool on a hot day: possibility to close shutters for shade, mosquito net before the open windows, and possible to get air through to window in bathroom.

On the floor upstairs (2nd/ top) lives a family, and I felt disturbed by loud noise until 23 in the evening and again from 6 o'clock in the morning, chairs moved over stone floor, things dropped etc. (I do use ear plugs). I spoke with the hostess about it, she explained that they live there permanently, and she would mention my request for more quiet to them. There was no remarkable change in the following days, but I was happy the hostess had heard me. Since I am sound sensitive I will look for a different place next time. I also missed a common space to sit and meet others.
