The staff went in my room after I paid for another night invading my privacy

The internet was very poor I couldn't get on my computer to do no school work I take online classes

The location was all congested from construction but I got here the TVs didn’t work. They were working on the network. They didn’t get a run until late that night. The roads are very dusty spiderwebs all over the place. They weren’t really that colleague the linen head stains on. It just wasn’t a comfortable stay. all of that should’ve been in the other box. I just don’t feel like going through all the trouble to type out. Listen to the right box again.

The location was decent.

The room was dirty and needed maintenance.

Location is great. Just off rte 20.. Many, good, restaurants nearby. Staff were helpful and courteous.

The property is old and tired. The bedlinen was clean. The mattress was uncomfortable. It must be difficult for the staff to keep the room, and especially the bathroom clean. It really needs to be redecorated as it is very old. The microwave and fridge were useful and worked well.

The front desk person was extremely rude that was even heard by the representative I was on the phone with made it very difficult for me to add another day on my room after being polite and asking him what was going on why I couldn’t add a day which I worked for the company before and knew that was very well possible even stared at other locations where I have done so the man at the front desk called police and the police explained that he was now refusing service to me and I had to leave. This was a horrible experience never in my life have I ever went through this because the individual was having a bad day or didn’t want to work that day that’s not my fault nor should I been treated that way.
