Great location. Walking distance to the main tour attractions. Friendly staff. Clean, well appointed room.

Housekeeping not before 3pm. Not a big issue but would have preferred the room serviced before.

Very nice over all! The only reason I have to mark down to a four is that we payed more for a city view and that meant the street sounds were so loud. All night there were sounds from emergency vehicles, traffic, and pedestrians. Ear plugs were a must. Just be aware. Other than that lovely hotel.

No es la primera vez que me sucede, pero hay una gran diferencia entre la expectativa de un hotel 4 o 5 estrellas en Europa vs el resto del mundo. El servicio es excelente, pero la infraestructura deja que desear.

Cisza, spokój pomimo że słychać odgłosy przejeżdżającego metra oraz ruch uliczny bo okna nie wyciszają.

Śniadanie, mega minimalistyczne …. brak wędlin, pasztetów … prawdziwych serów ( te z marketu są) , warzyw ( Dyzurny pomidor koktajlowy i słupki ogórka) oj długo by wymieniać i totalna porażka - kawa …. 5 * a kawa trudno nawet stwierdzić czy to kawa - raczej kawowy napój z dzbanka ; trzeba być naprawdę mistrzem żeby coś takiego zaparzyć ani smaku ani zapach … a wybór? Jeden właściwy , to ten ciemny napój

Très bon hotel, très bien situé et proche du métro. Pas grand chose à dire tant tout correspondait à notre impression: EXCELLENT

The staff were trained on top level and were skilled to make every one journey memorable
