The location is excellent, the hotel is very pleasant, and the staff are always ready to help.

There was no smart TV (we had to ask for HDMI cable), room service did not offer breakfast on weekends, and the complimentary coffee pot in the hallway was always empty during our two-day stay.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, towels, toiletries, room accessories all adequate and good quality. Beds were comfy. Noise was not irritatingly entering from neighbors although they had a small baby.

It could be slightly cheaper. The heating system confused us the first night because the temperature setting is present but apparently the temperature is adjusted centrally. Turning on the thermostat will only cause the fan to work. We asked front desk for desired temperature they did it for us.

Very comfortable room with a very comfortable bed, nice breakfast in bed. The staff were very helpful, competent, and polite, and did an impressive job of dealing with extreme rush on Christmas morning!
