The rooms were comfortable

Parked in parking garage and room key didn't work to allow us into the building. Called hotel and waited 15 to 20 mins, was about to leave and drive out when they finally let us in. Lot of technical problems I found. Also, asked for cleaning and did not get it, had to order up towels the next day. Also, the damage deposit is 250.00 which is really high compared to other hotels.
