"Since becoming a Wyndham we have no desire to go back."

Location is good. Excellent gym

The social pub is gone and replaced by a smelly sushi restaurant. The smell of fish is all through the hotel especially the open atrium and many rooms face inside. Gross And we acknowledge Christmas closure of lounge and cafe, but the lounge was never open during our stay Dec 23-26. We ordered in food, their loss

"Terrible experience stuck in a room with no power unable to leave because catalytic converter stolen"

Nice lobby

Power gone from bad fuse, refused to give us a new room or let me reset breaker panel. Had catalytic converter stolen first night, despite parking right outside entrance and being told they had security. Very disappointed with managements response saying it was not their problem. I was told I would get a refund and never received it. No number to call to try to obtain one retroactively.

Easy check in, friendly staff, beds are comfy.

I was not impressed with the 250.00 deposit on a 114.00 stay. This should be mentioned on your website and third-party booking pages. The hotel is very old and outdated so I do not think it is worth staying here again. It was a last-minute booking, and we wanted to try something new.
