Convenient location to the ports

The hotel advertises Shuttle service to ports. That is one of the main reasons we booked there. I called the day before arrival and day arriving about the shuttle. We are new to cruising and transfers . Very concerned about the process and guarantee of getting to ship . Check in and told no shuttle service available. Their van was being inspected. Interesting as this is the start of peak traveling . There were many of us without rides. We had to pay an additional $45 for Uber. Not acceptable.

The room was nice, I believe renovations were done to the room.

Having to pay an extra $21.00 for parking was a surprise. We have stayed there many times before and not had to pay for parking.
