Beds and pillows comfortable (we liked that there are different size pillows to choose from).

On the last day hubby had a shower and the plug didn't work, so the water stayed in the tub.

The front desk staff couldn’t find my reservation, tried to charge me to cancel said reservation they couldn’t find. Than tried to charge me $170 a night to re book. Refused to help me in any way. Than ignored me when I was showing them that I did in fact have a reservation.

Good central location. Big room with comfortable bed. Very good breakfast.

Bathroom a bit tiny.

Super friendly front desk staff! She was helpful, bubbly, and appeared to just LOVE her job! We talked about her at dinner later that night! I can’t remember her name unfortunately.

The bar downstairs Winston’s had no atmosphere/ambiance. There was no music on and the staff didn’t seem friendly or helpful. Was weird. No music on, we were whispering to each other at our table. We wanted to go for a few drinks but ended up only having one. Was a sleepy environment.

Several city blocks away many homeless smoking drugs n drinking. Garbage all over

The location was decent, hotel staff were friendly.

I was three rooms down from the elevator on the 6th floor and that all I could hear. As well, the walls and doorway are paper thin, kids and hockey players were very noisy:(
