El confort de la habitación y la amabilidad del personal de recepción

Pedí un sandwich de jamón y queso a través del Room Service. Fueron muy atentos y rápidos pero recomendaría hacer el sandwich a la plancha y con un poquito de mantequilla. La cuajada estaba muy rica.

"Vaya Sudada!!! La primera habitación sauna!!"

El desayuno, la ubicación.

Hotel sin aire acondicionado. Como no tenia potencia suficiente te dejaban ventiladores. Los cuales se habían acabado. Tampoco podían hacer cambio de habitación, supuestamente estaba lleno. Todo esto al módico precio de 156 € habitación individual, donde tenias que ducharte de lado y dejar el neceser en la cama por falta de espacio en el lavabo.

"J’ai passé un très bon séjour à Bilbao, une ville très agréable à découvrir à pied."

L’hôtel est très bien situé, tout peut se faire facilement à pied. Le personnel est très agréable et accueillant.

L’insonorisation est vraiment insuffisante : on entend beaucoup les chambres voisines, ce qui est assez perturbant. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, la décoration manque aussi de personnalité, avec une ambiance très beige, uniforme et un peu insipide.
