"Sickening"

The bed sheets pillow cases and towels were all filthy. Found three different peoples hairs.

Staff charged us 2 times. Then instead of refunding us, they put a hold on our money for 30 days then gave us the worst room.... worst service... Don't recommend

"Don't do it! You will regret it!!"

The pillows were soft.

My door had freezing wind blow in all night! I had to have the heater on 80. The desk chair was broken and ripped. The toilet barely flushed. The shower did not drain, so by the time I was done I was standing in 3 inches of water. The room stunk horrible! I didnt get to the hotel until 11pm and left at 8 am. I just needed a bed and a shower. I had drove all over Ohio working 6am - 11 pm, I was so sore and tired I just went to sleep. I woke up, packed and went to the lobby. I told 2 ladies what happened and one totally ignored me, the other just stared at me. I told them again. The lady ignoring me straight "yelled" at the other lady to pay attention and was extremely rude to the other girl. Neither spoke English well and finally I asked for a discount. The screaming lady says "you can have discount next time". I said why would I ever come back and just left. The hotel next to it would have been a better choice. Just a horrible experience, they didnt shovel the snow at all. The second floor walkway and the steps going up were all ice!!! I am disabled and it took forever to safely get to my room. I will NEVER stay there again! I would rather sleep in my car!

"Only good thing was the room was warm."

Not much

Asked for non smoking room and the room smelled like smoke. Went to get coffee at 830 am there was no coffee, no juices or even water to drink. No breakfast other than two pieces of bread. Walked back to room and key didn't work!!! Had to wake partner to open the door!!
