I arrived at the hotel and there were no parking spaces available. I asked to cancel my reservation, but the front desk clerk couldn't process it; she said only the manager could do so, and that would have to wait two days. I had to find another hotel in the area. As of today, six days later, I still haven't received a response regarding the cancellation and a full refund, since there were no parking spaces available for my stay.

It was a good value for last minute travel

There was a kind of sneaky $75 deposit that I wasn't aware of and told it was on the website "fine print". Not a huge deal but don't like financial surprises
