The staff the cleanliness of the room clean cold water and hot coffee available at all times

The workout equipment didn’t work the room smells like wet dog or wet carpet the lounge food area was not tidy

The sheet and the pillow cases were very dirty

It was in a convenient area.

The belays were extremely hot. The room was as well, air conditioning wasn’t cooling properly. There wasn’t fresh linen in the room closet either.

I arrived at the hotel and there were no parking spaces available. I asked to cancel my reservation, but the front desk clerk couldn't process it; she said only the manager could do so, and that would have to wait two days. I had to find another hotel in the area. As of today, six days later, I still haven't received a response regarding the cancellation and a full refund, since there were no parking spaces available for my stay.
