Hampton Inn Houston I-10 West-Energy Corridor

This hotel is well located and well-priced for its location. It's nothing fancy but gets the job done. When we were there the elevator was broken for a couple days but they called us ahead of time and asked if we wanted to continue with our reservation and, if not, they were willing to cancel our reservation free of charge, so great customer service. They also put us one the second floor so it wasn't much of hike up the stairs. The rooms are in decent shape and clean and its very well located near the energy corridor. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Hundefreundlich, großes Parkplatz (kostenlos), nettes Personal - insbesondere der Empfang am Anreisetag war extrem herzlich und zuvorkommend. Der Herr am Empfang war super nett und hat uns viel erzählt über Houston. Das war ein gelungener Start!:)

This was the 2nd time in 2 weeks that I stayed here, and the elevator was broken AGAIN. I have back and neck problems that make stairs difficult for me, and I'm very hesitant now to return again knowing that it's not a priority to management to keep the elevators up and running. Besides this, my only complaints are that the light next to the bed did not work, and the shower pressure was extremely low.

Well worn property, nothing outstanding. Decent enough. Pretty sloppy breakfast with inconsistent attendant attention.

Elevator at this location never works

It was fine but the bed was too hard and the pillows were really soft and mushy. Even with two pillows my head would sink almost to the mattress. Other than that, the stay was fine.

this was the third time at this hotel where the elevator wasn't working for at least part or all of my stay. need to get that fixed. at least I got more exercise than I expected.

Some of the staff made me uncomfortable with their behavior. Also their elevator was broken.
