We stayed at this property because we had two pets. The accommodations were good for pets. However, the bed rolled a bit. It was nice to have our room by the back door to accommodate the pets. Thankful for the pet area compete with pet bags (we had our own, but others might not) and disposal bin. The hotel backs up to the Havre train yard which is "busy" 24/7. That is Havre so if the noise would bother you or your pet stay somewhere else. Always one of my favorite points is when you can turn the bathroom light on with NO fan whirling. Separate fan switches are the best. The room was quiet, temperature was great. NO carpet was a blessing - just cleaner you know. Thankful for TV and WIFI. We went to bed, got up early so didn't stay long.

When you have dogs you can't be choosy.

Stay was excellent, price was good and the bed was very comfy which is super important to us!

Location. The staff were thoughtful and friendly.

Building in poor condition, hot tube not working. Bathroom countertop falling apart, tub water spout coming out of wall, shower pull broke so low shower pressure. Sink rusted, walls paint pealing/scraped off.

The woman behind the counter gave me a room, through no fault of her own, that was dirty and looked like someone was already staying in it. I walked down the stairs to let her know what was wrong and she said they were having problems with their system. She gave me another room right next door. I went back up to that room, with all my luggage, and that room was even worse. Both had beds that were not made, had dirty bedding and the floors were first with garbage all around the room. I went down and told her about that room and she then asked me to sit so she can ensure the next room was clean before she made me run back upstairs and down with my luggage. She went checked the room before she had me check in. This room was actually cleaned properly. It was not her fault and I thought it was kind of her to go ensure the room was clean before j was made to climb those steps with all my luggage a third time. She was very apologetic even though it was no fault of her own.

As I stated above, two of the rooms i was assigned were both dirty and hadn't been cleaned from the night before. I climbed up and down a flight of stairs and down a long hallway with heavy luggage twice before I got a clean room and hauled my heat luggage up a 3rd time. It would have been nice to been offered a discount, a free night's stay, or some type of complimentary offer as i stay here often, nearly every time Im in town.
