The room was clean

The breakfast wasn't very good

This hotel was pretty run down (we stayed in the annex). Carpets stained, furniture a bit shabby, etc. The pool and hot tub were closed. However, the room as clean and the bed comfortable. I slept well. This hotel was about half the price of the others in the area, so it was still a good option, no regrets

Late check in. Quick check in. Staff was available and friendly. Room was clean and ready. Some easy/low cost touch ups could go a long ways (replace the light switch cover in the bathroom that’s rusted etc) Breakfast had options for everyone: the standard toast, yogurt, waffles, eggs, sausage, juice and coffee set up

Bathroom was very hard to use with the shelf and TP holder in the way of using the toilet. Could use some renovation, but fine enough for a night. Friendly staff.

The receptionist was excellent and made the check in process quick. Pretty good value as it is an older hotel.

The Quality Inn is what you would expect from a budget hotel. It’s old and needs some maintenance and updating. The beds were okay, the shower was adequate, the ac was noisy but it did work. The breakfast was skimpy, but the coffee was good. The staff was fine. I would give it a rating of between 6.5 and 7.

Beds are very comfortable

Lobby, eating area dirty. Tables uneven. Lobby rugs tripping hazard. Bacon way under cooked. Seemed a lack of caring on part of staff.
