Friendly staff member when checking out in the morning Good location

Unfriendly staff member when checking in, I am a paying customer, you’re not doing me a favour by letting me stay at the hotel. The desk light in the hotel room wasn’t working so the room was very dark, I tried to call reception to inform them but nobody picked up the phone The sink wasn’t draining properly which impacted my ability to utilise it unimpeded, which was frustrating
