"Bad Experience"

I am disappointed with my stay at this Marriott property. At approximately 7:45 AM, I requested that housekeeping service my room while I was out, as I had a meeting scheduled around 5 PM and wanted the room cleaned beforehand. This provided ample time for the request to be completed during my absence. However, when I returned to my room at 4:45 PM, it had not been serviced. After contacting the front desk, I was informed that the hotel was fully occupied and housekeeping was still in progress. A staff member was then sent to clean the room, but this occurred well past my scheduled meeting time. Upon returning after the cleaning, I noticed that the service was incomplete. The bathroom sink had not been properly cleaned, with visible residue remaining from earlier in the morning, and the room had not been vacuumed. Overall, I am very disappointed with the level of service at this property.

Extra blanket would have been nice. Also the tub faucet did not work. I could have sworn that the confirmation said that breakfast was included but we have to pay for coffee at $5 per cup!

"The Place to Stay"

Atlanta Marriott Suites Midtown is the Hotel. Why, if you must ask? It's centrally located to all eateries, restaurants, parks, and events. And if that's not enough. Our stay, and yours, would be the most enjoyable experience. Hotel staff is the "Top, Mgr. Jesse Andrews strives to make your stay memorable. Dining at the Marriott Grill is "Chef Kiss".
