I really liked my stay….the hotel was the only thing I liked about my trip actually.

Unexpected 800+ charge we didnt leave the room messy or damaged

Could have been more parking. A few nights we had to park on the other side of the property from our room.

2 night stay. Convenient to commute between Salem and Rockport. Our apartment was 2 bedroom as we travel with our adult son. Its hard to find suites that are not just a pull out sofa in the Livingroom area. We did not use the stove or dishwasher. Best feature was the ability to set the air conditioning down to 60 and actually feel it. The bed mattress was too hard for us, but that is a personal preference. Room cleaning service is by request, but we found extra towels in the closet, so didn't ask for any.

The property was clean, and we appreciated the kitchen that came with our room.

At one point, the water coming from the shower head and bath was brown. The sofa bed was not the best, and we had to ask for pillows as there were none for the sofa bed in the closet.

I had a long term stay and it has worked out perfectly. The studio was very comfortable with a full kitchen. Bathroom was clean and well appointed. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location was just right as only a few miles from family. A great dog friendly option on the North Shore.

Great breakfast and amenities. Outside steps are in need of repair.
