Residence Inn Boston North Shore/Danvers

Very accommodating

This is a very nice property! I wouldn’t mind living here! The only snag we had was parking a good distance from our building!

The two bedroom suite was great; just wish I had been able to stay another night to enjoy it more fully. The staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely book this hotel again when I return to the area. I will say it was a little hard to find; there should be a larger sign on route 1.

We traveled to Danvers from New Jersey to take our Grandson Whale watching in Gloucester. Wasn't sure what we had picked as when we drove in, there was an abandoned Restaurant and the property was behind a Costco. Well I am happy to say this was a good experience in the midst of 100 degree temps. Room/Loft was comfortable and clean. All the Staff was beyond nice/helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with great selections available. If ever up that way again we would certainly entertain staying here again

I travel often but write reviews rarely. That’s probably because I just expect good service from Marriott. I felt compelled to write about this hotel because of Monica at the front desk. She has an electric and authentic smile that you can’t teach somebody. And she’s the same kind of person who isn’t focused on making it right, she’s focused on making it better. From check in to check out, with all of my requests, laundry, quarters, ice, etc. were all met with a radiant smile. I loved staying at this Residence Inn and have it saved in my Boston hotel choices. you’d be well served to stay here too!

This Residence Inn is unlike any other. Our second year to stay here and we highly recommend. Breakfast is fabulous and well stocked. We stayed ten days for my husband’s appointments in Boston and it felt like a home away from home.

Rooms feel a little dated and there was still trash in my room from the previous occupant.

Breakfast was awesome. Thanks!! We had things to do in Gloucester and in Boston so the location was excellent. The staff were great. They were friendly and respectful and easy to work with. We had an issue with the tv and it was taken care of immediately. There was an issue with the toilet but we figured it out. So others are aware when you flush the toilet you have to make sure you pull the lever back up manually or the water will keep running. Room 511.
